Complaints Procedure

At Family Services of Peel, our goal is to provide you with professional and quality service.  If, at any time, you feel that the level of service does not meet your satisfaction, please feel free to contact the Manager of the Program you are accessing so that we can address the concerns that you have identified.  If you are not satisfied with the Manager’s response then please call our Complaints Line at 905-270-9508 and the Director of Client Services will address your concerns.
