Complaints

Our goal is to provide you with professional and quality service. If, at any time, you feel that the level of service does not meet your satisfaction, please feel free to contact the Manager of the Program you are accessing so that we can address your concerns. If you are not fully satisfied with how the matter was addressed please call our Complaints Line at 905-270-9508 and the Director of Client Services will address your concerns.
